ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a strategic methodology employed by Tadweer Group to identify, assess, and manage risks across the entirety of our operations. By embracing ERM, we aim to proactively tackle potential risks, bolster decision-making processes, and protect the organisation’s strategic goals. ERM utilises a structured framework to enhance our understanding and prioritisation of risks, formulate effective risk mitigation strategies, and cultivate a culture of risk awareness and strategic resilience. Through this strategic approach, Tadweer Group is equipped to adeptly navigate uncertainties and optimise performance, ensuring sustainable growth in a constantly evolving business landscape.

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Tadweer Group committed to achieving its HSE strategic objectives by having an injury -free and environment friendly workplace for employees, service providers and the public by the developing, implementing, monitoring and continual improvement of our HSE strategy. Tadweer Group’s HSE strategy focuses on enhancing performance and attaining our strategic objectives and complying with local and international HSE standards (OSHAD SF – the requirements of Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015) and international best practices.

BCM (Business Continuity Management)

Tadweer Group is committed to building and enhancing its operation resilience, protecting prioritised/critical operations and services against disruptions may be caused by incidents, emergencies, crisis, disasters, or sudden interruptions through a robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) System that ensures systematic prevention, preparation, response, control, and recovery, promoting national stability.
Our BCM System complies with the national BCM standard AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021, International ISO22301:2019 Standard and international best practices. The system is governed by our Policy, governance framework and steering committee.
