Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 12December2025: Tadweer Group continues tochampion sustainability and shifting behavioural change at the LiwaInternational Festival as a Strategic Partner, showcasing a range ofcommunity-focused initiatives at Tal Mureeb. The exciting festival is takingplace until January 3, open daily from 4:00-10:00pm.

This year’s participation highlightsTadweer Group’s commitment to unlocking the value of waste and promoting the 4Rs:Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover, while engaging the community throughhands-on learning experiences.

At the festival, Tadweer Group is engaging visitors through aninteractive Sustainability Zone designed for families and young audiences. Theactivation includes educational games, hands-on recycling activities, and dailyon-stage awareness sessions.

We are also showcasing several of Abu Dhabi’s innovative wastemanagement solutions. These include the solar-powered Construction andDemolition Recycling Plant in Al Dhafra, Enviroserve’s e-waste recycling facilities,and wider waste-to-resource and recovery initiatives.

In addition, our Community Engagement Team is conducting walkthroughsacross the festival site. This includes visiting camps, restaurants, and retailoutlets to raise awareness about proper waste disposal and responsibleenvironmental practices.

These activities aim to build simple, practical habits, strengthenunderstanding of waste diversion, and empower younger generations to play anactive role in shaping a cleaner, greener future.

Tadweer Group’s participation supports theUAE’s wider sustainability objectives, including national waste diversiontargets and the transition towards a circular economy.
