About this opportunity

Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company (Tadweer) P.J.S.C. invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors, either as a single entity or as a joint venture/consortium, for the construction of a new Hazardous Waste Landfill Facility in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What you need to provide

  1. Company profile and details of the proposed contracting entity.
  2. Confirmation of whether your company has independently delivered a project of comparable scope and scale as the main contractor/EPC contractor, including UAE/GCC experience and project details.
  3. Details of the proposed local presence / UAE establishment, if applicable.
  4. Company registration and relevant licences/certifications applicable to the scope.
  5. Organisation structure and key personnel proposed for the project.
  6. Details of current or previous contracts of a similar nature with government/semi-government entities, where applicable.
  7. Contact details of the authorised representative for this opportunity.

All communications must be in English. Registering interest does not replace the required EOI submission.

Procurement conditions

The EOI process is intended to identify and prequalify suitably qualified applicants for participation in the subsequent tender stage. Applicants shortlisted through the EOI/SOQ evaluation process may be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage. Tadweer will only seek formal proposals from eligible vendors at the next stage.

Final selection will be at the sole discretion of Tadweer. Nothing in this invitation should be relied on as a promise to engage in negotiations.

Tadweer reserves the right to amend the procurement programme, request additional information or clarification, accept or reject any EOI/SOQ, or modify or terminate the process in accordance with its applicable procurement procedures.
